					<description>One of my friends recently had an ISDN connection. He complained of frequent outages due to BRI/PRI down thing. It's really upsetting, I hope yours goes smoothly. I would expect one might have similar issues with DSL, since it has to through PTCL as well, so there must be sync problems once in a while. Even in US, I had sync problem once. But, it's irritating if one is willing to pay the price for good service and still cant get it.</description>
